As an Integrity Program Assessor, I primarily perform Office Assessments in the Americas region and Desk Reviews for reports submitted globally. My goals are to ensure that the requirements of the FSSC 22000 Standard are followed and to increase the understanding of the Standard for our stakeholders. I have worked in the food industry for over 30 years for companies such as Kraft Foods, Mondel?z International, Wrigley, Sara Lee, and NutraSweet. I have held roles focusing on Food Safety, Quality, Supplier Management, Auditing, Training, Food Defense, Laboratory, and Compliance. I am a former lead auditor for two of the GFSI recognized certification schemes. While at Mondel?z, I led the North American auditing team before moving to a role Global Certification role. Food Safety and Quality Auditing has been an important part of my career. I apply those transferrable skills to my role as an Integrity Program Assessor.
