Vacancy Quality Assurance Manager
A vacancy has arisen for a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM). The QAM develops, implements and manages policies and procedures in order to standardize work processes in line with ISO 9001:2015 resulting in a more efficient and effective organization.
You're based in the Netherlands and available for 32 hours a week.
Pro-actively take a leadership role in initiating, leading and driving strategic quality management system plans to achieve continuous organizational improvement.
Support and challenge the organization to improve overall performance and behavior in line with documented processes.
Advice the Management Board with respect to improvements of the quality management system.
Responsible for the internal audit process, provide input for the management review and lead the corrective action process in the organization.
Support and coordinate audits by external parties including follow-up.
Bachelors Degree in Management or related field required.
Experience in Quality Assurance Management (ISO 9001), preferably in a food environment.
A mindset of continuous improvement.
Experience with standardization of work processes.
Analytical and advisory skills.
Strong drive for results, able to engage people and act responsibly.
Fluent in English; ability to read, write and speak English at a high proficiency level.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural team.
Experience in continual improvement projects and implementation of quality management systems is a plus.
