You are based at our main office in Gorinchem, the Netherlands.
As a IT Officer, your main responsibilities will be to
Translate business demand to product development and improvements
Test and accept developments
Manage release planning, development and acceptance progress
Improve IT development processes
Provide answers of IT system users within required timeframes
Manage external IT service providers
Develop and standardize tools and processes to further optimize our way of working
Participate in ad hoc tasks and other IT related projects as assigned
Training and sharing of knowledge with colleagues and team members.
To become an IT Officer, you are/have
A motivated team player
A Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent work field
A minimum of 5 years experience in IT software development
Broad knowledge of IT technology (networks, operating systems and applications) combined with a good insight into business and organizational processes
Project management and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience in software architecture and agile software development
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Fluent written and verbal skills in Dutch and English
