Vacancy Integrity Program Officer

A vacancy has arisen for an Integrity Program Officer (IPO). The IPO supports the planning and monitoring processes of the Integrity Program (IP), is involved in the process performance monitoring and evaluation as well as in continual improvement projects related to the IP. The IPO supports our team of Integrity Program Assessors and the Integrity Program Manager (IPM). You're based in the Netherlands and available for 32 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the assessments/reviews preparation and planning and the monitoring of its progress, as well as coordinating actions that may result from changes

Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of the closure process of Office Assessments and Desk reviews, as well as triggering escalation actions needed

Involved in the application of the Sanction Policy

Technical support to the IP assessors related to provision of information and input to conduct assessments effectively

Technical support to the IPM in development of documentation and preparation of information for IP meetings, as well as compilation of data for performance analysis of the IP processes

Participation in continual improvement project related to the IP

First contact for Certification Bodies (CBs) and Training Organizations (TOs) in relation to desk reviews and Office Assessments

Support the IPM in coordination of activities related to the IP assessor team

Support effective communication between involved parties

Gatekeeper for IP documents and deadlines and filling of information according to the required protocol

Draft reports, correspondence and other material necessary for the IP

Support to IPM in managing, collecting, reviewing, analyzing and monitoring information from the Portal

Support in providing answers for resolution of incidents in the Portal

Participation in continual improvement projects


Requirements

> 5 year experience in quality, food safety or technical functions in the food industry and/or Certification Bodies

Knowledge and working experience with Databases or other information systems

Knowledge of Certification and Food Safety Standards

Ability to analyze information and propose improvements

Ability to detect issues and report them timely

Intercultural awareness and sensitivity

Independent worker and team player

Ability to handle and manage numerous requests simultaneously

Ability to read, write and speak English at a high proficiency level (additional languages is a pre).
