Suly Ximena Tauta Escobar has over 20 years of international experience in the food industry in different areas such as production, quality and sustainability. She has a Msc. in Food Quality Management from Wageningen University (The Netherlands) and studied her bachelors degree Agro Industrial Production Engineering in Colombia and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering in Spain. Suly has been working as a Scheme manager (GFSI standard), senior auditor and certifier for a global Certification Body. Shes joining the FSSC 22000 team as Technical Manager from 1 July 2018 after being the Certification manager at the Colombian office for a Dutch Certification Body.
